opportunities, on and off the waters: Boating, skiing, scuba-diving,
fishing on two gigantic lakes - Bull Shoals and Norfork
- with more than 1,000 miles of shoreline at normal levels.
Float and fish famous area trout streams and rivers - White,
North Fork, the Buffalo, nearby Crooked Creek and more.
River and lake fishing are open year-round; regulated seasonal
spear fishing on the lakes, too!
Parks - Four Mountain Home
city parks with a senior center, youth center, outdoor swimming
pool, tennis courts, baseball and softball fields, paved
walking/running/bicycling trails, fitness stations, sand
volleyball court, soccer fields, horseshoe pits, and a historical
area with pioneer buildings.
